At ThameLuxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within  10  days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as clearance items, custom products, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at thameluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care items or products that have been opened.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to process.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at thameluxe@gmail.com.
